A Complete New Boundary Installation
The CPM Trades team recently completed a substantial fencing project in South Norwood, installing a new timber fence and gate for Mr & Mrs Kingston. The aim was to create a stronger, more durable boundary that would improve the appearance of the property while also providing greater privacy and security. With the colder and wetter months approaching, the project was also a good opportunity to replace the existing boundary with a more robust installation designed to cope with changing weather conditions.
Strong Timber Fencing with Concrete Posts
For this project, we installed new wooden fencing supported by concrete fence posts and gravel boards.
Using concrete posts provides a strong and stable structure for the fencing, helping it remain securely in position over the long term. The concrete gravel boards also keep the timber panels away from direct ground contact, helping to reduce exposure to moisture at the base of the fence. The installation was completed using strong fixings throughout, giving the finished fence additional stability and creating a solid boundary built for continued everyday use.
New Matching Garden Gate
As part of the project, we also installed a new wooden gate to complement the fencing. This provided convenient access while maintaining a consistent appearance across the whole boundary. Care was taken to ensure the gate was properly aligned, securely fitted and easy to operate. The result is a neat and practical finish that works well with the surrounding garden and property.
Completed in One Day
Despite the scale of the fencing work, the CPM Trades team completed the entire project within one day. Efficient preparation and installation allowed us to transform the boundary quickly while maintaining a high standard of workmanship throughout. The finished project has given Mr & Mrs Kingston a smarter, stronger and more secure garden boundary that should continue to perform well for many years.
